At a special meeting of the Board of Public Safety held on May 13, 2020 Seth French was promoted to the rank of Detective Lieutenant. Seth French started his career with the Glens Falls Police Department in January of 2006. He was promoted to the rank of Detective Sergeant in 2010 and has had an instrumental role in major case investigations. Detective Lieutenant French will take command of the departments criminal investigations division after the retirement of Peter Casertino.  Congratulations to Detective Lieutenant Seth French on this well deserved promotion!
